Hey! At long last, the first episode is done! (Well, technically it was done June 1st, but I neglected to post it on the main site: still figuring all this nonsense out.) Anyhoo! I hereby proudly present the pilot to the Fruits Basket Radio Drama~! ^O^ d (That's a lot of Ps...)

The first episode was extremely enjoyable and I look forward to listening to more! The voices closely resemble the original voice actors of the English dub (at least so far as I can remember) and the acting is fantastic. The audio itself paints a very vivid image by itself as you listen, which is also impressive.
Great job everyone playing a part in this project. :)

whoa...im speechless from how awesome this is! also i actually love the voice actors in this a lot better than the official voice actors for the series! you guys are awesome! i can imaging everything so vividly too! especially since i saw the anime and read the manga. thank you so much for the fact your planning on sticking to the manga, and i cant wait til....well to tell you what i cant wait for would be a spoiler but lets just say its my favorite part! :) i will say who my fav character is though, i cant wait til Akito makes his appearance!is there any way to download these to listen to offline? do you plan to post these on Youtube? keep it up, i cant wait til the next episode!

two more days til episode two. yes i have been counting down the days :)

*facepalm* never mind my last question....i jusst now saw that your going to be releasing mp3s lol. i should read things more carefully. i guess i can be a bit like Tohru sometimes in this area lol :)

btw since i cant really wait til June 8th i am going to listen to this again :)

Fantastic! I'm glad I finally got around to listening to this. I'm not familiar with FB other than reading the first volume a year ago, and I'm really enjoying the story so far. I think the pacing of the first episode is great, and the voice acting is wonderful (especially Tohru - she almost brought me to tears). I look forward to the next episode, and all the episodes to follow!

I know some of the story, but it's very fuzzy, but this is awsome! I can't wait for the mp3 so I can listen to these on the road!

Wow! This is really well done. I've heard about Fruit's Basket, but I've never read it or seen the anime. I have to say that I love audio books and dramas, and this is really enjoyable and well put together. I find this story to be really interesting and I will go listen to the next two episodes.

Jesu said that this is one of the greatest works she's done and I'll be danged if this isn't the greatest work that Jesu is ever done. It's descriptive, good on the ears, and is a human work. I think, personally, that it surpasses the original. I can't believe how good this Audio Play is that I'm probably going to search for the source material because it is just that good.

Well done. This is an ambitious project, but an admirable one. I think one of the biggest shortcomings of the anime was that it cut off before all of the members of the Zodiac could be introduced and the absolute BUTCHERING of Akito's storyline. Akito's relationship with Shigure is so entertainingly F'd up, I can't wait to see what you guys do with it.

I was especially impressed with Arisa, both the writing and acting was excellent for that character--and very natural. Tohru could easily become saccharine, but you've struck a good balance with her. Shigure is my favorite character, I think you've done a good job with him. I will be downloading and listening to the rest with interest.

It's really good. But I think Yuki's voice is a little low, that could be just me.

Arisa's voice is probably the best and Hana's voice is pretty good as well. :D

Wow, this is great! I can fianlly listen to a drama of frts basket! (I waad when i realized I wuldn't be able to listen to the panese one, for obvious reason)

The voices are good, the sound effects are a good quality, and though I found some of the dialogue a little awkward(very, very little, It's still a really good script!) and I could visualize a lot of scenes, in fact, they were better then the anime's visulization (When Shigure's looking for ice, I can imagine him tiptoing on and ver garbage bags, and it's hysterical!)

Because I have a limited amunt of bandwith, it takes aot for me to listen to the drama, but I can't wait to hear more! Good luck!

Wow! I'm so impressed by the quality of the voice actors. It's so wonderful! I especially love Evan's acting as Yuki and Heather as Tohru. They've hit the nail on the head I think with the character's personalities.

I'm a huge Fruits Basket fan! I been in love with this serise since 6th grade and now I'm 11th grade. I love this. I've been waiting for soeing new with Fruits Basket. I'm in love with your Yuki's voice! I may love Eirc Vale Yuki voice actor . But love how your yuki adds more emontion in his voice. And Yes I'm a huge Yuki lover. And a huge Yuki and Tohru pairing too.

I was extremely impressed when I first heard this episode and wasted no time in downloading all of the MP3s!!! I absolutely love listening to this drama and hearing all of my favorite characters 'alive' and breathing and joking around and just making me happy that I can spend time with them again, especially in a drama that adapts the mangas so perfectly!! I'm already in love with all of the voices. I never think, "oh, that's sounds kind of weird" because no one does, they are all simply perfect. I love it! I hope you'll do more cast interviews too, I really enjoyed listening to the Yuki and Tohru interview on Youtube and hearing everyone's enthusiasm for the project. I hope you'll continue this, I am desperate that you do, lol.

Spectacular work on everyone's part! I know nothing about Fruits Basket, to be honest, but this is very easy to follow along with despite the lack of visual aid!
The voice actor's should be very proud with such performances, and the whole thing is pieced together very fluidly! I can't wait to keep on listening in.

I just spent the last couple of days listening to all of these episodes over again and jut a few minutes ago I watched the first episode of the anime over again.
And I came to a startling revelation:
I like this one better. Way better. I like the voice acting better. I like the script better. I like finally getting to hear the full story. It's really awesome :) So, I just wanted to say thank you for all the hard work that has to go into all of these episodes! They are fantastic ^_^
